Not a morning person?
The MIX - Nighttime Networking is a social networking function held on the fourth Thursday of each month between 5:30 and 7:00 PM.
An average of 100 business people attend The MIX each month. Some members come every month; some come from time to time. There is always a large group of first time attendees and member prospects (non-members may attend one MIX before joining the chamber).
Members are invited to bring prizes for drawings during the evening (minimum value $25 - no discount offers please). Bring your business card and drop it into the basket to win these fabulous prizes.
Chamber members are passionate about their business and are always looking to do business with other reputable chamber businesses. This venue offers the opportunity to get to know one another in a social and non imposing environment. When you choose which doctor or auto repair company to use would it be safe to say that you are always looking for someone you know and trust? Social networking lets you get to know the people behind the work before you make the deal.
Each month The MIX is hosted by a different member business. Hosting The MIX is a great way to promote a restaurant or other food service company because the host provides appetizers to entice attendees into returning for business and personal meals. Sponsors are the first to promote their business with a commercial. Host businesses are booked several months in advance. Cost of attending The MIX is $10 for members and $15 for non-members. How else can you invest $10 to sample great food, meet new and not so new friends and make contacts with 100 people?
